Fees

Our fees. Quoted before work starts.

We don't publish a rate card, because the honest price depends on your entity, turnover and what is already pending. Tell us the work and you'll get an itemised quote in writing — before anything begins.

Government fees (MCA / ROC / GST portal / trademark) are always charged at actuals and shown separately on the invoice. Complex situations are scoped in advance — never billed by surprise.

Fees depend on your entity type, turnover and how much is pending. We put every quote in writing — before any work starts.

03 — The fine print, in plain English

What's included — and what isn't.

Three honest answers to the questions you'd ask if you could read our invoices before signing up.

What's not included?

Government fees (ROC, MCA, GST portal, trademark fees) are charged at actuals and shown separately on every invoice. Anything outside your retainer scope — say, a one-off audit or a new incorporation — is quoted upfront in writing before we start, never silently added later.

Are there hidden charges?

No. Whatever we quote is what you pay, plus government fees where they apply. If a filing needs an additional form, an amendment, or a notice response, we tell you the cost before doing the work — never after. Every invoice is itemised, in plain English.

How do payments work?

Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. One-off services are invoiced at engagement, before work begins. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cheques. All invoices are GST-compliant where applicable — and you'll get a proper receipt every time.
